CCTV SURVEILLANCE

Security of people and company assets. Images captured by the CCTV system installed on the premises to protect assets. Data will be retained for a maximum of one month from recording.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

Management of supplier data to place orders and invoice services. Data will be retained while the commercial relationship lasts or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT

Management of data from participants in recruitment processes and management of CVs and other information provided by job applicants, and keeping them informed of vacancies in our organisation and/or clients using recruitment services. Data will be retained until a position is awarded or the right to erasure is exercised. Candidates may object to or limit processing at any time.

RESERVATION MANAGEMENT

Management of data from customers who make online restaurant reservations for processing. Data will be retained until processing cessation is requested.
